Job Description:

Individual is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and recommending the course of action on various credit applications from the front office. Some of the industries covered include: Media, Telecom, and Entertainment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) General: · Review/assess credit applications from front offices in a timely fashion · Provide effective credit analysis including assessment of financials (including projections), risk factors, and industry dynamics. Gather and review all relevant information. · Prepare well-organized, accurate, clear, and logical written summary/analysis (Credit Opinion) with recommendations for approval/decline and appropriate level of exposure. · Present recommendations to DGM/GM as appropriate with convincing and well thought out presentations. · Effectively communicate with front office to discuss issues and points. · Monitor portfolio and events/news that may affect our credits and bring to the attention of senior management.

2) Administrative: · Complete supporting paperwork and forms as necessary in a timely fashion · Review ratings for accuracy and fairness in a timely fashion · Complete various monthly/quarterly reports as necessary · Assure completeness and accuracy of files
