Job Description:

Trade Support Engineer- NYC

This individual will provide day to day support for the technology infrastructure, which consists of HP desktop PCs and Servers, Cisco  routers, switches and firewalls, BT Turrets and Nortel PABX. This individual will provide Level 1, 2,&3 desktop support, Level 1 application support, and Level 1&2 Market Data service support. In addition will also establish and maintain service level relationship with service providers and perform daily system checks.

Requirements include 3 + years technology support in a trading environment and knowledge of market data applications. Should have windows support experience, data and voice network support and some scripting/programming experience with VBA.
