Senior Director, CNS

Well established and rapidly growing to become an integrated pharmaceutical business with sales of nearly $2 billion in fiscal year 2004; is aggressively developing new products focused on several CNS diseases.

Job Description, (not limited too):

• Medical/technical development expertise within the CNS area
• Will be accountability for one or more programs
• Define CNS area function/project vision & strategy for achieving that vision.
• Providing CNS area leadership & assume a supervisory/subject matter expert role with regard to therapeutic area issues
• Lead problem solving across CNS area
• Provide technical insight to ensure progress toward goals

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree, with significant CNS area experience required.  MD with specialty training within the CNS area preferred.  
• 5-7 years related experience (including academic research), preferably including some broader industry experience.  Expertise in multiple sclerosis and/or pain desirable
