Job Description:
One of the world’s largest engineering and project delivery firms, servicing the global resource, energy and infrastructure markets is currently seeking an Instrumentation and Controls System Engineer. The global engineering giant provides engineering, procurement, construction management, program management and consultancy services to clients in the Hydrocarbons, Power, Minerals and Metals and Infrastructure sectors. We are one of a handful of global companies with the capability and track record to execute large capital projects from conception right through to operation.
Responsibilities include: Senior level engineering and design analysis for process control, distributed control systems and equipment in fossil generating stations, design modification packages, walkdowns and task management. Must be able to lead and or support the control systems engineering effort on multiple projects simultaneously including supervising project control systems personnel. |

Requirements |
Minimum of 15 years experience in engineering in fossil generating stations. Computer literate. Familiar with control system related calculations and procedures associated with the control system equipment used in fossil power plants. Demonstrated lead engineering /supervisory experience on multiple projects.
Applicant must be a resourceful self-starter able to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision. Must have good written and oral communications skills a proactive attitude and be open to occasional travel or short-term out-of-town assignments. PE License prefered.
