Job Description:

 

Well established and rapidly growing to become an integrated pharmaceutical business with sales of nearly $2 billion in fiscal year 2004; is aggressively developing new products focused on several CNS diseases.

Job Description, (not limited too):

• Support CNS area function & strategy
• Lead problem solving across the CNS area with an enterprise-wide perspective
• Contribute to development results by providing CNS area leadership & assume a "subject matter expert" role to therapeutic area issues
• Bring external market perspectives, share insight & knowledge regarding therapeutic areas
• Provide technical insight to ensure progress & lead IPT or Study Team, as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree required
• At least 3-5 years additional related experience (including academic research)
• Experience in leading clinical trials
• Working knowledge of other functional areas (e.g., Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Pre-Clinical & Marketing)
• Experience in working with pre-clinical scientists & leading study/project teams a plus
