Global engineering, consulting, and construction company specializing in infrastructure development in the fields of energy, water, and information is currently seeking a Civil Engineer.

Responsibilities

The Power Delivery office located in Orlando provides an opportunity to work with the industries' most knowledgeable Transmission Line professionals.  Collaborate on complex projects and develop your PLS Cadd skills in one of the few companies who are authorized vendors and trainers of the program.  Outside the office enjoy a warm climate and recreational activities year round.

Work in the Power Delivery business line with an emphasis on transmission line design.   Perform engineering calculations, write equipment specifications, and prepare design sketches and construction drawings.  Must understand survey drawings and plan and profile drawings.  Experience in transmission line design, especially using PLS CADD and AutoCAD, is a strong advantage.   Good communication skills required.  Must have the ability to delegate and supervise the work of engineers and technicians.  Must be able to interface well with clients and vendors.  Must have a high regard for safety and quality.

Qualifications

BS or MS in civil or structural engineering.
Have or pursuing PE in at least one state.
8+ years substantial transmission line design experience required.
