Job Description:

Top Consumer Products Manufacturer has Benefits Manager position available for a major division.

Reporting to the Director of Benefits, you’ll support the design, implementation, administration and evaluation of all health and welfare, and retirement plans and programs including all ERISA governed benefit plans. Ensure that all benefit programs are efficiently and accurately administered in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Coordinate with compensation to maintain a competitive position under a total rewards philosophy. Additional responsibilities will involve budge preparation and maintenance, monitoring, monitoring of vendor relationships, mandated reporting and employee communication.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience administering benefit programs and insurance
• Up to date knowledge of ERISA and benefit laws
• Research, analytical methods and statistical analysis practices and principle experience
• Strong computer skills
• Demonstrates strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience in project planning, policy development and benefits planning.
