Job Description:

Fast growing distressed debt fund management company is looking to add a strong senior accountant to their staff.  Ideal candidate will have at least 2 busy seasons in Big 4 and an interest in the financial services industry.  Hedge fund exposure would be a plus, but not required.    Be aware that this is NOT an brokerage or investment analyst position.  Rather, this is an accounting position relating to hedge funds, preparing monthly P & L statements, doing the monthly close, etc.  For candidates interested in an accounting position this is a tremendous opportunity, with very strong growth and earnings potential.  Company offers a very generous salary and bonus package, along with competitive benefits and a friendly work environment WITHOUT excessive overtime.
